Basic shapes often take precedent in my work as I am naturally drawn to simple geometric forms. When I went down to the fishing village of Galilee on a late summer afternoon I came across a cluster of fishing boats resting before departing for another long voyage out on the Atlantic. This was painted in oil on an 8×8″ wood panel from direct observation in Narragansett, Rhode Island. Comes with a natural wood floater frame ready to hang.
